    Coenzyme Q10 plays a key role in the process by which the cells in your body extract energy from nutrients.

    It can be generated in the human body, but unfortunately its production rate declines with age. Supplementing Coenzyme Q10 can effectively convert the nutrients present in our diet into energy and support its circulation, so we can stay young.

    There are two types of coenzyme Q10: the oxidized form (ubiquinone), which is converted into the reduced form after being taken into the body, and the reduced form (ubiquinol), which exists and works in the body from the start.
